Terms of Service

Last updated: July 2026

1. Who we are

Paceform is operated by Nicklas Pedersen, enkeltmandsvirksomhed, CVR 46551125, Denmark. By using Paceform you agree to these terms.

2. What Paceform is — and is not

Paceform is a fitness training tool that uses AI to generate personalised running training plans and provide coaching guidance. It is designed for healthy adults engaged in recreational or competitive running.

Paceform is not a medical service. The AI coach does not diagnose injuries, treat medical conditions, or provide medical advice of any kind. Nothing in the app constitutes medical advice. If you have any health concerns, consult a qualified physician before beginning or modifying a training programme.

Stop exercising immediately and seek medical attention if you experience chest pain, dizziness, shortness of breath disproportionate to your effort, or other unusual symptoms.

3. Health screening and assumption of risk

During onboarding you will be asked health screening questions (PAR-Q style). If you answer yes to any question indicating a known heart condition, chest pain, dizziness, bone or joint problems, or other relevant conditions, we strongly recommend you obtain physician clearance before using the service.

By using Paceform you confirm that you are voluntarily participating in a physical activity programme, that you understand the risks inherent in vigorous exercise, and that you assume full responsibility for your participation. You release Paceform and its operator from any liability arising from injury, illness, or death resulting from use of the service, except where prohibited by law.

4. AI disclosure

Training plans and coaching responses are generated by an artificial intelligence system (Anthropic Claude). You are always interacting with an AI, not a human coach. AI-generated plans are starting points — use your own judgement and consult a professional if in doubt.

5. Subscription and payment

Paceform is offered on a subscription basis: €12/month or €99/year (“Coach” plan), with a 14-day free trial. No card is required to start the trial.

Founding member rate: the first 100 subscribers may subscribe at a founding rate of €7/month or €69/year. This founding rate will not increase for as long as that subscription remains active and uninterrupted. The founding rate applies to the original subscription only and is forfeited if the subscription is cancelled. Once 100 founding subscriptions are active, new subscribers pay the standard rate of €12/month or €99/year.

Payments are processed by Paddle, who acts as Merchant of Record. Your subscription is billed through Paddle and subject to Paddle’s terms. VAT is included in the displayed price and handled by Paddle.

You may cancel your subscription at any time in Settings or by contacting us. Access continues until the end of the current billing period. No refunds are issued for partial periods unless required by applicable consumer law.

6. Watch integration (intervals.icu)

Connecting your watch is optional but required for the full service (automatic activity sync and workout push to your watch). You link your watch through intervals.icu, a third-party platform, and authorise Paceform via OAuth 2.0 to read your activities and write planned workouts back to your intervals.icu account. We never store your intervals.icu or watch-account password. You can disconnect at any time in Settings.

7. Acceptable use

Paceform is intended for users aged 16 and over. If you are under 16, you may not use the service.

You agree not to:

8. Account deletion

You can delete your account at any time in Settings → “Delete account and all data.” This immediately deletes all your personal data from Paceform’s systems, disconnects your watch, and cancels your subscription. This action is irreversible.

9. Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by Danish law, Paceform’s liability for any claim arising out of or related to the service is limited to the amount you paid in the 12 months preceding the claim.

We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages including loss of data, loss of training time, or injury arising from following an AI-generated training plan.

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by Danish law. Disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of the Danish courts. EU consumers retain the rights afforded by mandatory consumer protection laws in their country of residence.

11. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. For material changes, we will notify you by email at least 14 days before the new terms take effect. Continued use of Paceform after that date constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
